Our programmes go beyond fitness, combining strength-based movement with holistic health practices and genuine community connection, no matter your fitness level, body shape, size, ability or past experience.

Hackney - Tone Up Tuesday's

Tone Up Tuesday is a 26-week strength, fitness and wellness programme designed for women ready to transform their health and confidence. Through guided weight training and practical wellness support, you’ll build strength, boost fitness, and develop lasting habits around movement, nutrition, sleep, and wellbeing — all in a supportive, empowering environment.

Lifting Weights

Hackney - Sweat Squad Saturday's

Sweat Squad is a high-energy weight training and wellbeing bootcamp for women who want to get stronger, fitter and happier. Designed especially for beginners or those returning to exercise, our 26-week programmes  combines strength training, HIIT, great music, and wellness support to boost your fitness, confidence, and mood — all in a fun, supportive community of women.

Hackney - Not-a-runner run club

Working with women, girls and their families to provide therapeutic nature experiences. Helping to replace negative experiences with positive ones and engage women and girls with a sustainable and accessible therapeutic tool.

Enjoying Nature

Peckham - StrongHER Coming soon!

Traditional, HIIT and cross-fit style workouts, helping you build full body strength in a supportive environment with women from all walks of life! Get strong, get mobile and have fun doing it!

Peckham - African Dance Weighted Aerobics- Coming soon!

Dance your heart away with our weighted aerobics class to all your favourite African music, get fitter and stronger whilst you're guided to move to the joy of the music!

Peckham - I am, I can: non-runner's run club

A welcoming run club for women who feel like they can’t run or have never run before.

Based in Peckham Rye Park, we start at walking pace and gradually build confidence and fitness together — supporting women step by step from walking to jogging and eventually running.

Led by local women, this is a supportive space to move, get stronger, feel good, and be around like-minded women.

Doing Squats

EMPOWHER

An Olympic lifting and Powerlifting pathway for girls and young women aged 13+. Working to increase the representation of Black girls and women across weightlifting sports, Empowher provides regular lifting training, mental resilience and wellness support to girls interested in pursuing weightlifting.
