LIFT IT AWAY
A 6-12 week course developed for city-living women supporting them to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through weightlifting, increased movement and therapeutic interventions.
Course levels: Beginners, Advanced Beginners and Intermediate

WEIGHTLIFTING 101
A series of fun, community-style workshops introducing complete beginners to Olympic weightlifting, helping to break down gender barriers and fears of the ‘unknown’ around weightlifting, whilst educating women on weightlifting technique and helping them to improve their ability. All with a focus on mental wellbeing.
Course levels: Beginners, Advanced Beginners, Intermediate and Expert

NATURE NURTURES
Working with women, girls and their families to provide therapeutic nature experiences. Helping to replace negative experiences with positive ones and engage women and girls with a sustainable and accessible therapeutic tool.

FRONTLINE FIGHT
Regular or ad-hoc physical and therapeutic sessions for frontline professionals who support women and girls. Helping them to maintain good mental health, physical wellbeing, process second-hand trauma and utilise reflective practice to reduce burn-out

COMMUNITY FITNESS HUB
A range of community-led functional fitness activities including the Mum Run and Work It Out (delivered in Hackney) that empower women to get active and stay active. Using low cost and accessible equipment, public spaces and addressing the fitness needs and desires of local women, these programs are long-term sustainable and community focused.

EMPOWHER
An Olympic lifting and Powerlifting pathway for girls and young women aged 13+. Working to increase the representation of Black girls and women across weightlifting sports, Empowher provides regular lifting training, mental resilience and wellness support to girls interested in pursuing weightlifting.
